This herringbone pattern has been laser engraved into the surface of the wood and each piece is laser cut. We assemble the 5 separate pieces together, using the help of wood glue. This ensures a secure fit around the teeth. Each side is sanded down for a clean finish. Once sanding is complete, we apply Tung oil, which adds a beautiful honey-like finish on the surface and brings out the natural luster of the wood.
